Terms and Conditions

By making a booking with us, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions:

• On providing access (keys or door code) to my property I have agreed to give permission to Mind the Cat to enter my property for the purposes of feeding my cat(s) and any other services I have requested.
• I consent for to Mind the Cat to obtain any emergency vet care for my cat(s) that Mind the Cat deems necessary. I acknowledge that Mind the Cat will make every effort to make contact before any emergency care is given, and acknowledge that I will be liable for any associated costs regardless of whether I can be contacted or not. If I have not provided information about my cat(s) regular vet or my regular vet is unavailable I authorise Mind the Cat to choose any vet necessary.
• I agree that Mind the Cat shall not be held liable for any damage incurred to my property or animal, and that I and/or my landlord have appropriate insurance in the instance of any damage to my property or animal.
• I agree to provide all necessary instructions for Mind the Cat to care for my cat(s). If any instructions are incomplete I shall not hold Mind the Cat liable for any part of the job which is not completed and will pay for the job in full.
• I agree that Mind the Cat is not guaranteed to locate my cat(s) during their visit.
• I understand that I can cancel the booking up to 6pm the day before the first day of the booking. If cancelled after this time, no refund will be given.
• I agree that my booking is not confirmed until it has been paid in full. I agree that payment is required 48 hours before the booking, otherwise my booking will be automatically cancelled.
• I agree to communicate any concerns or complaints to Mind the Cat within 24 hours of the booking.
• I agree to reimburse Mind the Cat for any unexpected costs incurred including but not limited to emergency visits, food or supplies.
• I understand that Mind the Cat and staff have no relevant qualifications and are caring for my cat in the same way as I or my family would.
• I acknowledge that these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Mind the Cat.
